1. Introduction
Welcome to the Nathalie Charlot Salon website. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, as well as the relationship between the user and Nathalie Charlot, Sole Proprietor. By accessing and using this website, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using this website.
2. Use of the Website
The website aims to provide information about the services offered by the Nathalie Charlot Salon, as well as to allow contact or appointment requests. The user agrees to use this website responsibly, not using it for illegal, unlawful, or contrary purposes to these Terms and Conditions. Nathalie Charlot makes efforts to ensure that the information presented is current and correct, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, lapses, or omissions, nor is it responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the website.
3. Appointments
Appointments may be made exclusively by telephone or WhatsApp and are always subject to the salon’s availability.
An appointment is only considered valid after confirmation by the salon. Sending a message or making a call does not, in itself, constitute an automatic confirmation. The salon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible.
4. Payment Terms
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for the services provided is due upon their completion.
The salon reserves the right to require advance payment, a deposit, or full prepayment for longer services, services of greater technical complexity, or those requiring an extended time slot.
The salon may suspend completion of the service or delivery of products until the amount due is paid in full.
The applicable prices are those in force at the time the appointment is effectively confirmed by the salon, and are available for consultation at the premises and on the official website.
The salon reserves the right to update the price list whenever necessary; the prices in force on the date the appointment is confirmed shall apply.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
Any cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
A late cancellation is one made less than 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend an appointment is treated as a late cancellation.
Late cancellation or a no-show that is not communicated or not justified by duly evidenced force majeure may affect future bookings, especially for longer services or those requiring an extended time slot.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice or a late cancellation as indicated above, any new appointment will be subject to a €70 prepayment, non-refundable in the event of a further absence, and fully deducted from the final price of the treatment if the client attends.
In situations of repeated no-shows or successive cancellations, the salon reserves the right to require full prepayment of the service at the time of booking or, if deemed appropriate, to refuse future appointments, in order to safeguard schedule organisation and the quality of service provided to other clients.
6. Delays
Punctuality for the scheduled time is essential to ensure the normal running of the schedule and respect for other clients.
In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the salon reserves the right to reduce the duration or scope of the service initially planned, in order to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Whenever the delay compromises proper execution of the service or the punctuality of the schedule, it may be necessary to reschedule; where relevant, the rules set out in section 5 shall apply if the rescheduling results from a significant delay attributable to the client.
7. Service Results
The services provided by Salão Nathalie Charlot are personalised and tailored to each client’s individual characteristics, taking into account the initial condition of the hair, its structure, pigmentation, condition, and desired objectives.
Final results may vary depending on multiple technical and individual factors, and it is not possible to guarantee an exact reproduction of reference images, photographs, or examples provided.
The service is carried out based on best professional practice, technical experience, and personalised advice.
7.1. Service Durability and Maintenance
The durability of the colour, shine, or technical result depends on multiple external factors, including at-home maintenance, products used, sun exposure, sea water, swimming pool water, heat tools, and individual hair characteristics.
There is no unlimited guarantee of maintaining the result over time; appropriate maintenance and periodic technical follow-up are recommended.
8. Hair History and Information Provided by the Client
The client declares that they provide true, complete, and up-to-date information regarding the hair’s chemical history, previous treatments, use of at-home products, and any known allergies or sensitivities.
The omission or inaccuracy of relevant information may compromise the result of the service or the integrity of the hair, and the salon cannot be held liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
9. Technical and Sensitivity Tests
Whenever technically advisable, a skin sensitivity test or a strand test may be recommended prior to performing certain chemical services.
The salon reserves the right to refuse to carry out the service if the client does not agree to the tests deemed necessary to ensure safety and technical feasibility.
10. Technical Adjustments and Reference Photographs
Any images or photographs presented by the client are for indicative purposes only, serving merely as an approximate visual reference of the desired goal.
Final results depend on multiple technical and individual factors, namely the initial condition of the hair, pigmentation, structure, thickness, and pre-existing conditions, and it is not possible to guarantee an exact reproduction of reference images.
The service to be performed is defined in advance based on the technical assessment carried out at the time of the consultation or booking. If, after it is carried out, the client wishes to make a substantial change to the result obtained or presents a new reference image different from what was initially agreed, this may require a new technical service, subject to a quotation and additional payment.
Any specific technical adjustments may be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and do not constitute an automatic obligation to repeat the entire service.
11. Complaints
Any issue or complaint regarding the service provided must be communicated to the salon within a maximum of 5 days after it is carried out.
The salon undertakes to analyse each situation in a technical and individual manner. After the aforementioned period, it is presumed that the service was accepted without reservation, except in exceptional situations duly substantiated.
Complaints will not be accepted after additional services have been carried out by third parties that may alter or compromise the result initially obtained.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Nathalie Charlot reserves the right to refuse to provide any service whenever it considers that it may compromise the integrity of the hair, the client’s health, the professionals’ safety, or the normal operation of the premises.
The salon may also refuse services which, due to their technical nature or the hair history presented, do not allow a satisfactory or safe result to be achieved, in accordance with the professional standards adopted.
13. Conduct on the Premises
The salon reserves the right to interrupt or cease providing the service whenever the client adopts disrespectful, aggressive, inappropriate behaviour, or behaviour that compromises the wellbeing of the team or other clients.
In such situations, future bookings may be refused.
14. Personal Belongings and Clothing
The salon takes appropriate care measures during the provision of services, including the use of capes and clothing protections. However, it is not responsible for damage to clothing, accessories, or personal items that may occur in the normal course of services, especially when not suitable for the salon environment. Clients are advised to avoid bringing valuables to the premises.
15. Theft, Loss or Damage by Third Parties
Nathalie Charlot Salon is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings caused by third parties, within or around the premises, except in cases legally attributable due to proven negligence.
16. Communications
Communications made by phone, email, or WhatsApp are intended exclusively for appointment management, clarifications, and service follow-up.
The salon does not guarantee immediate response outside of business hours.
17. Photographic Records
Images of services carried out in the salon may be captured for portfolio purposes, institutional communication, or publication on digital media. The collection and use of such images will always depend on the client’s prior, express, and informed consent, which the client may withdraw at any time.

22. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Nathalie Charlot reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on this website. Periodic consultation of this page is recommended.
